You can try load a bin by putting it in boot mode (hold front power button, and switch it on from the back, then load bin... must NOT use serial-usb cable....must use only serial cable .. no usb adaptor
If you can't, then the only way to fix it is to unsolder the tsop, put it in a tsop programmer, load bin , solder the tsop back. This is not for the amateur.
