Tekken Tag Tournament is set after Tekken 3, but it is non-canonical.
It has all the characters from the past 3 Tekken games.
Currently, there are no new Tekken films set to be released. The last Tekken film was released in 2010.
You cant in HTML. Try Javascript (however it is better if you use a picture editor like Macromedia Fireworks and save the image as .jpg), You can. You would have to program it though. I have some of the "text moving features" added to my personal HTML. You could do the same.
You can set image as a link by placing HREF into the image tag. It could be done as <img href="#"></img>.
Nothing has been revealed about Tekken 7 yet, but it is set for release Late 2011/Early 2012.
A container tag has two ends (an opening and a closing) whereas an empty tag doesn't. The paragraph tag is an example of a container tag: <p>Our paragraph text here.</p> The image tag is a good example of an empty tag. <img src="logo.png" alt="Yay!"> See how the initial paragraph tag (<p>) has a corresponding end tag? The text in between is "contained" by the tag.
The <th> tag, which stands for table header.
In HTML all tags are included within the angled braces "<>" for example the tag to set the font of the text displayed in a web page is the "Font" tag and if you want to use it in your web page you will use it like: <Font> </Font> The Font tag has attributes that you can set in the first set of angled braces <Font> and all the text that is typed until the </Font> tag is encountered.
Yes, but nothing has been revealed about it yet. It is set for release Late 2011/Early 2012.

I assume you mean CLAN tag. A player's clan tag is a set of any 4 **APPROPRIATE** characters that are displayed before a players name in multiplayer.
