I wasted a life to test it... but really treat your chao very good don't lose in races or battles and bring it to the school a lot and you should be fine! Reincarnate it 2 times and then the 3rd time it'll be an angel chao! Or a true devil if you do the evil character! Also give it every 1 of each animal only one and every animal ever created (in the game), I have an angel one but it had a shell surround it after but it was gray... HE WAS GONE FOREVER BUT when he died an angel floated above, then something happened that I AM NOT GOING TO SAY!
