Ive used my proconnect band for about 1 month and have noticed improvments, whether or not its just in my head or not, I dont care. I feel better with it.
No! It does not work at all!
no
No they do not its all in your head
No, they are silly.
With exercise bands, you can work out tons of muscles. Muscles that you can work out are arm muscles, leg muscles and back muscles. With leg muscles, you can work out the thighs, and calves muscles.
Yes silly bands mean the same thing as gel bracelets.
Yes they do but they Are thicker than the rubber bands that come with it the orthodontic rubber bands come in different sizes though
WORK HARD, PLAY HARD WORK WORK WORK WORK. because BANDS WILL MAKE HER DANCE
Speaking from personal experience, I can tell you right away that marching band takes a lot of dedication and hard work. You have to memorize the music, then memorize the drill for the music. The drill is the marching that you do while you play on the field. To top it all off, you have to put the two together. Now, some bands are "contest bands", which means they actually compete. Other bands are "show bands" which basically means they just play at football games or whatever, but not as a competition. The show bands tend to not have as complicated music or drills, but even so, it could take some work. Also, I've seen show bands that use lyres, which holds their music for them. So, really, show bands are much easier than contest bands. Just to clarify, the contest bands take A LOT of work if you want to be any good, and the show bands take work too, but aren't as difficult. Hope I answered your question!
it worked by using rubber bands and light bulbs, mostly rubber bands, that's why
there is no scientific evidence to prove it
Yes, they do work. And they are worth what you pay for. Just dont use regular rubber bands, they are not made to straighten your teeth. Your teeth can get pulled too quickly and it could cause them to fall out.
