Actually you can! I used to think it's like "Oh Dragon Shores, It's not real I'm never gonna go there." But it turns out you do after you defeat Ripto! But, you have to have 55 Orbs & 8,000 Gems to get into the Dragon Shores Theme Park thingy. Well, there's your answer! Hope I helped!
