Yes, it is possible, but you need cheats. Step by step:
NOTE: Before you try any of this, press control,shift, and c all at the same time to bring up the cheat menu. Type this EXACTLY :

1. Make your sims that you want to have the baby as young adults.
2. Get their relationship high enough to see the "Try for Baby" option.
3. Click, and pause the game when they are just about to go under the covers.
4. Change your female (and male if you want) into teens. Do this by control-shift clicking the sim. Tabs should pop up. Click the one that says
Edit Sim in Create a Sim. Go to the Basic, and change your sim into a teen. Feel free to play around with the features, clothing, etc.
5. Press the checkmark button, getting out of Create a Sim. Unpause. Wait for them to emerge.
5b- A glitch occurred in my computer when I did this- they couldn't get off the bed! So I had to control-shift click the bed. I pressed
Object... Delete It, and it disappeared. They could move. But you will need to buy another bed.
