It is impossible for Roxas to love Namine, for multiple reasons. The first, and most obvious reason, is that Roxas and Namine are both Nobodies, and therefore lack the capability to "love". The second reason is that Tetsuya Nomura (Director/Character Designer) has stated that NO in-game relationships will occur within the series.
