yes but its only caused by having not enuf skills to level up
I'm lveve 48 and i have 5 level 100 states so theirs not much to level up
however in theory you could go to jail loos some levels then level up agen i dont know if this decreases your level as well as skills
It depends how you play, being either a person who goes straight for the main story line, or to do as many, if not all of the side quests, then it can vary. I would say, you should be, at a minimum level, be around level 15, due to having to attack Aludin. But when I did this, I was about level 22 or 23. Hope this helps you.
Have mandrake root elves cup cap
The level cap for the demo is 10
There are eight tiger scrolls in the game. The last tiger scroll, which is the Great Spin Attack and is located in Castor Wilds, can only be gotten after you get the seven other ones.
As of September 9th, 2010, the level cap is 32. as of september 23rd,2012, the level cap is 36.
No. The level cap is 100.
Level 70, which is the level cap.
There is a hard cap of Level 81. This is determined by people using a cheat to put all their skills to 100 and seeing what level they become. When all skills are 100, there's no way to level further, so 81 is the cap.

The WoW level cap is going to rise to 85 when Cataclysm comes out in 2010.
In World of Warcraft now, you can be up to level 80. How ever, in 2006 the level cap was 70, and in 2004 the level cap was 60. The level cap will usually increase up by 10 levels every two years with an expansion. However, without the expansions, your level cap will not increase.--Right now, your lvl cap is 80 if you have the wrath of the lich king expansion.I think it is in September 2010, the new expanton will come out (Cataclysm). Then your lvl cap is 85!--The main reason I think that the level cap is only raised by 5 levels next year is because of the sole amount of time it takes to level after level 60. For example, a level 74 could fight level 80 monsters for 2 weeks straight (like 2 hours a day) and still not level up.
