Industrial PC's will have more processing power to deal with bigger work loads for industrial purposes. Personal PC's are more for personal use, or businesses who don't have large workloads.

More often than not, also depending on the type of PC lover you are, you will find that it is mostly the Graphics card that will use most power. Unless you have a built in grahpics card, then it will most likely be the motherboard.

The PS3 slim uses only 250w, but you always have to have it connected to something and that also uses power especially if it is a 50 some inch HDTV. I believe a computer without the monitor uses more power than a PS3 without the HDTV, but the PS3 is usually connected to a larger size screen than the PC is and might use more power. The newer LED LCD's use less power than the older model LCD HDTVs with the same size screen
