Yes it does and the game is a blast jumps races and other fun stuff
Burnout paradise is a free-roam game, and is the only free roam game in the burnout series. Its very different, and has many more things to do, like find shortcuts, drive throughs, and to unlock new cars you must find them in the city and shut them down, so all in all, it is a good game, and there are good multiplayer challenges, events and DLC.
Burnout paradise is a game focused more on free roam than anything else. Blur is more focused on the races. I personally think the multiplayer on blur is better than on burnout paradise, because you can level up and get new things, but burnout paradise has good multiplayer too.
split/second is more focused on single races. burnout paradise is focused on free roam challenges and just generally driving around and messing about. You decide.

The first set of credits, you are awarded an awesome gold livery for every original car. After the second, you get the platinum liveries. Shiny! You are free to roam and complete online challenges etc.
No it does not. Even though this feature was heavily requested by fans NFS HP does not feature any kind of mutiplayer free roam. The producers didn't think they needed it due to the fact that they already have a multiplayer only free roam game: NFS World.
It has over 200 missions, and a free roam feature.
Yes!It does have free roam.
Yes
No, tried it. Hell, I got the game for that feature and was disappointed when I found you couldn't.
