Anderson windows are energy effecient windows, so yes, buying them will save you money. However, it will not save money when you purchase the Anderson windows because they are more expensive than other windows. I believe in the long run, it will even itself out though.
Front wheel or rear wheel with external gears - say 5-10 minutes for a normally fitting tire. Rear wheel with internal gears or coaster brake - say 15 minutes for a normally fitting tire. This is assuming a straight off swap of tube/tire.
Not really. I have installed drivers which is not digitally signed as long as it supports the Windows 7 system. It only warns you but you can proceed installing anyway.
You have to buy it at an electronic store, Walmart, or TARGET. It would take to long to type out instructions here, Microsoft provides a full step by step guide to installing windows 7 Check the source links below
Assuming you mean "what things won't be found in a casino," normally you won't find clocks and windows. Also, just as a side note, you won't normally find bathrooms that are easy to get to to.
no
Windows 7 will perform as well as other laptops but maybe the internet survice will not go as fast as other labtops. Normally 2 gigs are not built for windows 7 but it should work as long as you are patient.
Yes airplane windows open. On passenger jets most windows in the cabin are not designed to open. There are normally two windows in the flight deck that open. On small personal aircraft the windows are normally designed to be opened. Windows can be opened in flight as long as the cabin is not pressurized. Normally pressurization of the cabin happens in larger aircraft and above 10 000 feet where oxygen is not as plentiful as it is on the ground. When flying that high aircraft are normally pressurized and so that the conditions of hypoxia (lack of oxygen to the brain) do not affect the crew or passengers. Windows are not designed to be opened at high altitiudes and likely can not be opened due to the pressure asserted on the aircraft's frame. Small areas where air can escape from a pressurized cabin, such as a window, can have dire consequences if the difference in pressure inside and outside of the aircraft cause a rapid cabin decompression.
Normally, that means that you have held the key turned too long. the Jetta is designed to unlock the doors when you turn the key, but if you hold it turned too long it will open all the windows to allow any heat in the car to dissipate.

No, there should be no problem as long as you have enough room on your hard disk to run these three OS's. 160GB or less would be too small for Windows Vista and Windows 7 to run fast. I wouldn't recommend it but it does work. Hope this helps!
