Wrath of the Lich King does not come with a month free trial. Blizzard has been offering a short free trial on its original game normally 10 days long but has not moved it to its expansion packs as of yet.
Any copy of the original game (World of Warcraft classic) should come with one month of game time included. This goes for digital and physical versions. Expansions (The Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King and Cataclysm) do not come with a free month.
If a friend or relative buys you a copy of Wrath of the Lich King, then that could be considered free (well, youdidn't pay for it). Other than that, WoW is NOT free.
If you upgrade from basic wow, to Burning Crusade, yes, you get a free month. Same goes for if you upgrade from Burning Crusade to Wrath of the Lich King.
When you buy the classic World of Warcraft game, you will receive one month of free playtime with it. Expansion packs (The Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, Cataclysm) do not come with any additional playtime.
The expansion to the MMORPG World of Warcraft, World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King was released on November 13, 2008.

The Lich King is a human by the name of Arthas Menethil.
You can download Wrath of the Lich King right from the World of Warcraft official site. You can download all the games from there as well as buy additional trinkets and fun things. The game comes with a free month or two in stores and also of course the packaging. I don't know what they might do to make up for that.
no but i think you can get the lich king trial again.
Yes, Arthas Menethil is the Lich King. You can see a cinematic of the Lich Ling by clicking on the plinth of the fountain in Dalaran.
