No, you cannot. Because you have to put the codes into the GameShark itself and then put your game in.
Its depend on the game, seach on Google or something for: *game title* Gameshark
You can search for GameShark codes on google by typing "GameShark Codes" and after type for either Ds, Vba, etc. You can also check in youtube and search it but give the specific name and software of the game. Example: 'Pokemon Leafgreen Gameshark Codes'.
There are no gameshark codes for this game.
There are Gameshark codes for this game, google them
You should never need a Gameshark to beat a game. A Gameshark is made for messing around in games, though you need to be careful with codes - there are codes that can mess up or even break your game.
In my opinion i think the best way to get Gameshark codes is to either put it in on Google saying the game you want to Gameshark for example "Pokemon Crystal Gameshark codes" if possible go on IGN FAQS but there is also another way by going on super cheats and searching the game you want to mod

First get a gameshark then look online for codes after that put the gameshark in the leafgreen game then type in codes. Also the codes can get you Pokemon and items instead of looking and looking you can get them easily. Most gamesharks are $15 to $20. Hope this helps ;)
The video game 'Pokemon Emerald' can be affected with codes from the GameShark in that you can do things such as climb walls, as well as catch the legendary Pokemon Mew.
