I saw something at a carnival which might have been recovered by either members of the Coast Guard ( a government agency) or fisherman ( who ply the seas, so know what they deal with) it was a deceased female body- immature- and she probably weighed l00 lbs or less and had succumbed to an underwater pipe explosion which darkened her features from chemical burns. She was displayed in a sort of museum display case- transparent on all sides. She was five foot tall, maybe less, May have been trying to make contact with the surface people when the horrible accident occured- in the Gulf states, probably- Below the waist she was like a Harbor seal-which is a mammal and seemed to have brown and white camouflage-like tripes- the battle-damage was confined to the upper half of her body and this is what killed her. Something kept me from taking a photograph of her sad corpse.
