yes go all the way to the left and there u can create your accound and access the store all through your psp system this is on every psp along with ps3

All models of the PSP except for the PSP Street have a PSN icon on their XMB. From there they can access the PSN to browse, purchase and download games.

YES! You can also hook it up with your ps3 if you have one, and you get all people on your friends list on your ps vita as well. COOL HUH?!
