first you need to have all 8 badges,go to ever grande city, go to the victory road, find your way out to the other side,turn right,turn up,turn left,turn up,then go inside that big house,there is a poemon center there,and pokemart. as you go in go straight and you'll see that there is 2 men blocking the way ,just talk to them,they'll let you go in and the elite four is there

the first person is wrong,you never go to a city to go to the elite 4!

actually the second person is wrong, you do need to go to a city its called evergrande city and you need water fall to go up to it so make sure you have it!
