For Assassin's Creed 2 It won't let me play the game instead it says the PS3 trophies won't load the game will now quit how you fix this?

Info quoted from a forum. "its a psn server side thing. if your ps3 got hit with this.... virus or whatever, you can't play anything till they fix it. Some people got lucky and can still play right now. 2 of my ps3's work just fine, my 3rd.... nope."

From what I can tell its kind of like the red ring of death. If your other games arent working then your ps3 is pretty much dead.
