Barbara can be found in the car park of the cop station in El Quebrados, which is in the northwest part of the map (Las Venturas island).

Millie Perkins:

Millie automatically becomes your girlfriend after successful completion of the Key To Her Heart mission in Las Venturas. She is a vital part of another mission, so you will really need to romance her.

Just for dating Michelle, CJ gets access to her garage, which is like a free Pay n Spray.

50% - CJ can use her Monster Truck.

100% - CJ will get a Racing Suit in his wardrobe.

Katie Zhan:

Just for dating Kate, CJ can get out of hospital free and also keep his weapons.

50% - CJ can use her white hearse (the Romero)

100% - CJ will get a Medic Suit in his wardrobe.

Barbara Schternvart:

Just for dating Barbara, CJ can get out of jail free if arrested, and also keep weapons.

50% - CJ can use her Police SUV (the Ranger)

100% - CJ will get a standard Cop Uniform in his wardrobe.

Millie Perkins:

Millie is rather different to the others as you have to work towards gaining her favour to get the key card for the Caligula mission. But CJ does get the gimp suit in his wardrobe!
