you have a choice later on in the game to kill either playboy x or Dwayne kill playboy and dwain will give you a back up service and you get playboys mantion and you get a new outfit. and later you can call Dwayne for backup with his gang.

If you're asking about calling for police backup, you have to get into a police vehicle (only applies to LCPD and NOOSE patrol vehicles and undercover FIB vehicles; the NOOSE heavy armor Emergency Response Team "SWAT" vehicle does not apply).

Once inside the vehicle, you can press a button only while the vehicle's not moving to access the computer.

If you want police backup just get in a police car and acces the computer and on the bottom it will say call police backup! This should work for all systems. This is not a mod. Hope I helped!
