If you mean the conveyer belt puzzle, well, the code for the Kron Factory is pretty much random. You just need to keep trying different combinations until you get it right.

Use tails's move called scan to find a weakness in the armor. then unleash POW attacks from knuckles or Amy to destroy its armor. from then on it should be weaker to attack
