ok well first u will need the wanted level never increases ( circle,right,circle,right,left,square,triangle,up)only if u didnt complete the game. then u must find a way(any way it doesnt matter) to go to the Las Venturas Airport.then look around the airport(best in the south area of the airport) and u should find a green garage with a large door that comes down wen u stand near it. then there should b a large plane inside(AT-400). b careful it is really hard 2 control and it blows up easily...sometimes it wont show up...try taking a car and drive it around the airport 4 a while then go back 2 the garage and it should show. i blow up 5 times and got stuck in a tree with it XD so justa warning but the better ur flying skills r, the better plane handling u hav. NOTE: when you exit the plane when away from its original spot, youcannot enter the plne again...you would havta go back 2 las venturas airport and find it again
