It's very easy. First, you need to have two Sims. Their relationship bar must be high and they must have a romantic interest in each other. You can achieve this by choosing the "flirt" actions, (amorous hug, embrace, ask to go steady, etc.) Also, the sims must be in a heterosexual relationship in order to have children*. Once all of this is accomplished, simply click on a bed that can fit two people, and make both your Sims "relax". As soon as they are both laying on the bed, click on the opposite sim, and select "Try for Baby". You will have to wait a few sim days to see whether or not your female sim is pregnant. If she is, congrats! She'll have her baby soon. If not, keep trying!

*If you have a homosexual couple (Yes, that's possible), you can easily adopt a child by calling the adoption agency on your sims cell phone or home phone.

You either click on your cell phone and get one from adoption, or you get one female adult and one male adult to relax on a double bed. Then click on one and say "Try for baby" after you should her a song (is there is no song you have to try again).Hope i helped!
