It varies on the charactar becuase its weird the cimputer can do thungs you cant but you can throw with O circle if u get close to someone like cornel darren ect. Pig josh you cant but the computer can its weird but yea......

Throwing people in Saints Row 2 is both hilarious, and a good source of respect. There's two ways to throw people: just tapping RB when near someone will grab and throw them. You can also grab someone by holding RB for a moment - this is useful for human shields, and can also be used for throwing. Tap RB while holding onto someone to throw them.
