How Do you get to extras in saints row 2?

All you have to do is go to the Police Department in the Ultor district (Saints Row District) and go to one of the upper floors and you will c a little highlight spot with Saints symbol like if it was a regular mission and that's where u start it.

The only extra I know of is the Dex mission. That's located in the police department, there is a room that has three Saints mission symbols. Check out all of those (they are conversations between Dex and I think Ultor). After that a new saints row mission symbol well pop up in a office. That's Dexs number, so you just go outside and call him and that starts the mission.
