If you haven't already extract the game using WinRAR, 7Zip or another unarchiver. The game cartridge icon should say Sixtyforce on it if not make sure Sixtyforce was extracted too. Double click on Yoshi Story.Z64 and the game should load up. If a message appears about registering you don't need too so say no. The game will load up and you will need to use Command, Option, the Arrow Keys and a couple other keys to play the game.
