Scorpion bites are unlikely to happen to anyone. Scorpion stings, however, contain venom which can have different effects on humans. This can range from a mild, local, inflammatory reaction similar to a bee sting, to serious systemic reactions (for example, scorpions in Trinidad can cause acute pancreatitis and other debilitating symptoms) and a few (very very few species) species can pose a lethal risk to humans. Anaphylaxis to scorpion venom can also be fatal.
The scorpion bite does have acid in it if that is what you mean.

With a scorpion, it would actually be a sting instead of a bite. The sting will likely be painful and swell a bit. It might go numb around the sting itself.
The cast of His Fatal Bite - 1919 includes: Lillian Biron George Ovey as The Dentist
Fatal means you die, so, I guess NEVER. Cuz you're DEAD!!
The daner of a scorpion is not its bite but its sting. Its mouth parts are too small for a bite to hurt you.
Treat like snake bite
