It's not up to Sony if Xbox can have MGS or not, it's up to Hideo Kojima, the games producer.
The usual method is to stock pile grapes in wooden barells or metel barels and let them ferment usually for a year or two.
"Let" in English is lasciare in Italian.
all you do is hold square while on top of or in front of the enemy while theyre on the ground, this will pick the person up. Then let go of square to drop the person and an item will drop near them; if theyre alive you can do this twice but if they are dead, you will only be able to retrieve on item from the body. However, if you have regular MPO (Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops) instead of MPO+ (Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops+) you will only be able to pick up items instead of weapons from them even if you see them holding a weapon.

With an automatic transmission there are clutches that operate automatically according to hydraulic pressure. In a manual transmission you have to use the clutch which is the middle pedal of the pedal assembly. What you do is hold in the clutch and slip in into first gear, then while giving it a little gas slowly let out the clutch. This will engage first gear and you are moving slowly. When the engine speed has gotten high enough to shift into the 2nd gear you do the same thing. Let off the gas. Push in the clutch. Shift into the next higher gear 2 and let out the clutch. You don't have to let it out slowly as you did in first gear. In first gear you do this so the engine won't stall. In the next gears 2-5 you push in the clutch, change to the next higher gear and let the clutch out.
"Let's go!" in English means Andiamo! in Italian.
