How can you breed a super pwerful Pichu?

There are many ways to breed a Pichu. A Pikachu and a Pikachu, a Raichu and a Pikachu, a Pikachu and a Raichu, many combinations.

I have bred a power-packed Pichu and I'm here to share that with you.

First obtain two Pikachu. I'm sure a Raichu would do fine, but I used a Pikachu when testing this.

The male Pikachu doesn't have to be holding anything(though it may if you want it to) and must know the moves Thunder and Iron Tail. the othr two moves may be what you want, it shouldn't affect the outcome that much.

The female Pikachu HAS to be holding a light ball. It also has to know the moves thunder and iron tail.

Put the two in the Day-Care center and wait until they have an egg. Once you obtain the egg, take the two Pikachu out of the Day-Care so you don't have to pay that much for the service. Now carry the egg around with you. It should'n take long to hatch.

Once it does hatch, you will have a Pichu. It should know Thunder, Iron Tail, Volt Tackle, and some random fourth move.
