Well about 2 weeks after you get 10 hearts with your beloved the mayor will come and there will be a cut scene and later you will see a blue bird. follow it to Carmel Falls and obtain the Blue Feather Then give it to your beloved. Hope It Helped!! :D Fr: Glaceon66 Happy Playing!!!!

First you need all of the heart events and all heart points also need to upgrade your house to a level 2, then it will take a while for the blue bird to come, just keep playing until when you wake up, go out the house door, then you will trigger a scene with the blue bird. the blue bird will fly form the entrance mountain, then when that happens you will go back to the waterfall, it will drop a blue feather at the waterfall and there you have a blue feather, it will take a while so be patient
