To unlock cars:

Just keep on beating URL races and regular road races. Eventually, new inventory will come in to the car lot.

*Hint* Each time you beat a URL, new cars come in the car lot.

To buy a car:

Go to the car lot and select any car you want. You can also trade your car if you don't want it anymore.

on career mode its impossible to get every car because some cars only get unlocked when you finish the game. But once you have done that and finish all the reward cards then it is possible to get every car but you can only use them in quick race
