The pink diamond is the easiest one just do alchemy and do rose+cactus+lotus have one of your villagers drink it and place them under the pink gem in the orchid, you have found 1 key.

Square gem: Use the potion on a villager that makes you feel "light and springy". Place the villager under the cliff with the gem. The villager will spring up, snatch the gem, and bring it to the door.

Ash gem: After your fire has been burning for more than ten hours, you will see something sparkling in it. Allow the fire to burn out to find a gem in the ashy remains.
