The Solus Greatsword is sold by the general store shopkeeper in Bowerstone North (you can only purchase it after completing the Arena). The price differs per copy of the game, but I got mine for a little over 75000 gold, while others got it for 85000 gold. Bottom line, you need a fat wallet to get the sword.

If you aren't set on collecting all the silver keys in the game, though, I'd suggest waiting until you've unlocked the Necropolis area (Fable the Lost Chapters ONLY) and giving the Demon Door all of your keys (make sure you used what you can, because the amount you give him is only how many you have, so if you really only have one, you can simply give him that single one).

Behind said door, is the Bereaver, another legendary sword that is only a bit worse, but is surprisingly a bit faster than the Solus Greatsword. I have both swords at the moment, but I actually prefer the bereaver. I'm full evil at the moment, so fast and strong weapons are what work best when plundering villages, haha.

Final Note, incase this wasn't obvious, both Solus Greatsword and the Bereaver require a Physique rank of at least 3 or more to carry them, as they are heavy weapons.
