They do state it is important that you write it down and place it in a safe location that you can remember, I'm not sure if you can do anything else if you were silly enough to forget/lose it.

You have to go to forgot password. Next you enter your email address you used to make you weeworld account. It will send watever password the person is using and a new one use the new one and enter it in password. Then uve got ur account back
