What you can do to lose your baby in Sims 3 you open the cheat box (Shift+ctrl+C) and type in "testingcheatsenabled true" to activate cheats, once you do that Shift click mailbox and click "force NPC" and then click "more" then click "Social worker child protection" and that should make someone come and take away your kids. But *note* this will take away all your kids under the age of teen!
