unmask it on your computer, on the router's control panel, or by cracking it with software such as aircrack-ng
Probably 578511 is an error indication but i know that a wep key has to have letters in it so 578511 is not a wep key.
the WEP key is your wireless internet password. if you have a wifi internet receiver you should know the WEP code
The WEP key is the encryption key needed to access the wireless network. Only people who are authorised to use it, will know the key, keeping unauthorised people off.
That doesn't technically make sense - a WEP key is the password used to access an encrypted (one form of encryption at least) router. If you don't have a router, it makes no sense to ask for a WEP key - a WEP key to access what? It's like a key with no lock, the WEP key is for a router. So if there's no router, there's no point wanting a WEP key. If there is a router and you don't know the WEP key, then clearly it's someone else's router, and the encryption is precisely to stop unauthorised people using it.
That'll be someone's own personal, private router. If you don't know the WEP key, you almost surely aren't authorised to access it.
The WEP key is unique to the installation. There is no master key.
If your router is protected by WEP encryption, then yes, you need to know the WEP key to allow the DS to access it.
No. Your WEP key is the password placed on the router you are trying to access.
A wep key has nothing to do with Pokémon Pearl, it is your wireless router's password.
No. The WEP key is a separate password.
No The WEP key is the key used to encrypt the wireless traffic, so people can't sniff the data and see what your doing. No WEP key, no connect to the network. No router password, and you can't log into the router to modify the WEP key.
well, my friend. Everybody has there own different WEP key
