You can kill a sim on The Sims 3 in many ways :
electrocution , old age, starvation, burning, drowning , etc ... and if you want to do it by another sim u have to download a mod specialized for that but u may have to reinstall ur game, als u can use a cheat so u can age the same until they expire ( shift + ctrl + testingcheatsenabled true, then right-click + shift + ctrl, so u can get a box saying trigger age transition )
