I have tried this before but the only way to do it is to rewire it so not only will it work were you live but also in a different region. If you have no idea how to rewire something, then give it to a place that sells or fixes your console. Just tell them you want it to work in this region.
Both the game and the console have to be from the same region to be compatible.
The game and console have to be from the same region to be compatible.
Wii games are region locked, you need US games for a US Wii.
Using non-endorsed Nintendo Wii software, you can make a European Wii console in a multi region one. ----
You can't, PSPs are region locked, and the region is hard coded into the PSP itself. You'd need a console from a compatible region, and even then it might still lock you out if it determines your connection is coming from an incompatible region.
No. American games are in NTSC format, while English consoles accept PAL format. The only way it would be possible is you have a region-free console or game. For the console to be region-free, it would have had to have been modified - the same applies to the game itself. So, for clarity, unless you modified either the game or the console to be region-free, they would not be compatible with each other.
Yes virtual console titles are compatible with the Gamecube controller.
you always have emulators, but that is it.
no the games are not forward compatible
You can play any games you want from around the world because it is not region locked.
If it is compatible with your console, then yes.
It depends on the region coding of the game and your PlayStation console. If your PlayStation is a region-locked model, a game purchased in the US may not work on a console bought in Dubai. However, if both are from the same region or if your console is not region-locked, the game should work. Check the packaging or the PlayStation’s settings for region information.
