How can you migrate Pokemon from Pokemon ranger to Pokemon Diamond?

This only works if you did an event that gives you a Pokemon to trade (ex. manaphy egg, darkiria) you need two DS. first turn on Diamond on the one DS stay at the title screen. Go to the Pokemon Ranger game and go to the ranger net. choose send a Pokemon. choose what you want to send and then press Transmit. go to the Diamond game and press the new link with Pokemon Ranger button. On Pokemon rangers it should show trainer card of diamond guy. Hit transfer and hit yes. WARNING! you can only send an item once so make sure its the game you want!. Go to the pokemart in Diamond and there will be a guy green. talk with him and he will give you what you sent over.

PS: This is for Shadow of Almnia not sure about the other two though
