Replacing a lock does not necessarily mean you have to have separate keys. There are two ways to go about it.
You could go to a dealer and order a replacement cylinder. They can match it to your key. The downside to this is that, as any dealer part, this will be expensive.
You could also buy a new cylinder and take it to a locksmith that specializes in automotive locks. They should be able to rekey the cylinder to your existing key.
