Make a event call selling and sell them or u can trade with something good

You need to edit the room they are in and take them out of the room to sell them, otherwise you cannot sell them if they are in use.

you drag the item past the front gate, then it will show how much you can sell it for. if you want to sell it, then let go of the item and its sold. :)

you cant just sell it but once a sim moves in with another one it becomes for sale again
