How can you stop the lag in Grand theft auto San Andreas life's a beach mission on the PC?

if u hv PC then increase ur RAM and upgrade ur graphic card but if u hv notebook/laptop just increase ur RAM to 6GB or 8GB i was also having the same problem my specs- core i3 6GB RAM intel hd graphics Windows 7 GTA 4 works fine on mine hope it helps...

First check your PC.

In order to play the game on GTA4, your computer needs to meet the certain requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Operating System: Win Vista Service Pack 1/ Win XP servince pack 3

CPU: Core 2 Duo 1.8GHZ/ AMD X2 64 2.4GHZ

Memory(RAM): 1GB(Win XP) 1.5GB (vista)

Hard Drive: 16GB of free space

Graphic Card: 256MB nVidia7900/ 256MB ATI X1900

Sound Hardware: 100% DirectX 9.0c compliant card

Network: internet required for activation and multiplayer.

Recommanded Requirements

Operating System: Same as above.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Core 2.4GHZ/ AMD Phenom X3 2.1GHZ

Memory RAM: 2.0GB(win XP) 2.5GB(Vista)

Hard Drive: 18GB of free space

Graphics: 512MB nvidia 8600/ 512MB ATI 3870

Sound: same as above

Network: same as above.

Minimum requirements are MINIMUM. it may not give you the best performance. check your PC's specs and see if you can run GTA4.

I have the same problem. The game is just fine but when I try to that mission, it Lags like hell (only when i try to press the sequence of arrow keys). When I stop, it it starts running like a charm.
