I suggest you get a bird snare, and then set it up near the mobilizing armies place, and the birds in that area will get snared and then you take them off the snare and collect their meat and feathers for hunter xp and you keep on repeating that, and when you get a higher hunter level then you can set up more snares to get more xp at a time.
