you have to complete every race to atleast 3rd place, you then have to save up 2,000,000. It cannot be entered on any S class races though because its points are to high, the Citroen GT also can't be entered on any S classes,

You can buy a car by going to GT Home then going to the Dealerships, Used Car Dealership, or give an existing car a racing modification from GT Auto or win one. It is also possible to receive and give cars to friends.

It depends - for a normal car, your character will either jimmy the lock, or smash the window and open it that way, if the door is even locked in the first place. But certain vehicles like armoured cars, the doors are locked and the windows can't be broken - you simply are unable to access these.
