How can you use the powder keg on majoras mask?

You get a Powder Keg from the Goron elder after you defeat the Snowhead Temple, and he will give you a test Powder Keg to use on the Rock blocking the Goron Races. after you do that you are aloud to buy Powder Kegs in the Bomb Shop for 50 Rupees only as a Goron.

First you have to complete the Snowhead temple and then you go into Goron City (Where you got your Lens of truth) Then you go talk to the goron and you will have to go were the race entry is before the Powder Keg blows up! And then when you get permission for using a Powder keg you go in to Clock town and go to the bomb shop and go talk to the goron and there you go :)

Save the snowhead temple by beating Goht then go to goron village find a cave toward the left use goron link to speak to the big goron he gives you a free powder keg and instructs you to carry it to the goron racetrack and blow up the rock once completed come back to the big goron for another free powder keg now you can buy them at clock town.

To Get the Powder Keg

To get the Powder Keg, you must first defeat Goht in the Snowhead Temple. Then, enter Biggoron's cave (the entrance was encased in ice but has since melted) and, in Goron form, agree to take the Powder Keg challenge.

You must now lug the supplied Powder Keg through the entrance to Goron Village, across the lake, and up the slopes to the boulder where the Chief's son is waiting, all before it explodes. Once you make it, STEP AWAY FROM THE BOMB. If you still have plenty of time left, you can shoot the Powder Keg to make it explode instead of waiting.

Once you accomplish this, talk to Biggoron again. He will reward you with the Powder Keg Certificate.

Using the Powder Keg

Once you get the certificate, you are free to use the Powder Keg. If you've used the Song of Time since passing Biggoron's test, you must purchase the Keg from the Goron at the Bomb Shop in West Clock Town. It costs 50 Rupees, and you can only carry one at a time, but because obstacles requiring the Powder Keg are quite rare, this shouldn't be too much of a problem.

You use the Powder Keg like any other item. Press whatever button you've assigned it to, then press A to place it down wherever you please. Step back and shoot it with an arrow.
