First, you must be in a facility you want others to work in. To do that, click .Show Facility Details. for that facility. Then click the 'What's Pending' tab. If you have items that are pending, then there should be a button in the upper left corner that says 'Produce Faster'. Click that, and it will bring up a menu to post a link to your home page asking others to help at your farm. It will be a pop up, and will be hidden if you are full screen in Farm Town.
