How did Herobrine lose his eyes?

Herobrine used to have red eyes but something happened.

Herobrine stole Notch's diamond last night. In the morning, Notch rode his horse to the village. A lot villagers were excited to see Notch. Herobrine lived nearby and left his house with diamond. Notch told Herobrine to give him back his diamond but he refused to follow his instructions. Herobrine got in his house. Notch opened the door and killed him with his diamond sword. Notch got his diamond and left. After Notch left, Herobrine respawned in his house. He's was very angry. He went to Notch's yard and burned all of Notch's flower. The next morning, Notch decided to have a flower dance but he noticed Herobrine burned all his flower, so he called the police, The police caught Herobrine and he was sent to prison. In the prison, the other prisoners were being mean to him. He stayed in the prison all day. At night, he found an escape from prison through the toilet. He rode the boat the swamp. He went to the witch's hut and slept there. The next day when Herobrine woke, the witch read Herobrine's mind. He was so shocked. Finally, Herobrine lost his eyes.

Herobrine was a hoax that was started by a popular public minecraft server. They posted YouTube videos showing a "Steve" character with white eyes, who would attack and kill players. It was a bit of harmless fun at first.

However, as the popularity of the Herobrine myth grew, people wanted to find out more about him. So the server who created the hoax made up a fake story.

The server admins began to circulate a hoax that Herobrine is the digital reincarnation of Notch's dead brother. This was a big mistake which actually angered Notch.
Notch posted a public announcement that the hoax is not true and that he doesn't have a brother, dead or alive. He also warned the server to stop spreading the hoax or he will shut them down and ban them permanently. The server agreed to Notch's warning to stop spreading the hoax. However some people still believe in the Herobrine myth.
