She doesn't like any gift but giving her anything will up her FP. I'm not sure it would do anything leveling her FP though

No. He is only in town during Summer and once he is gone his LP/FP won't change. Once he comes back you can raise and lower his LP/FP again.

You could give her wool, but there is the "Animal FP trick". Pick up either your dog/cat and talk to a villiger, and they will raise their FP by 1. The trick is unlimited, so you can do it as many times a day as you want.

Read the white stone legend in the libray. Then visit Rosetta before or after her store opens or closes. Talk to her until she mentions the white stone. Go to Toros Cave and where the river is. When you enter the room there will be a white ice floe. Click on the ice until it says you can dig. And you have the white stone to marry Rosetta or give it to Lukas for 8 FP.
