Its a program advance made up of BugChain *, Darkline *, and Bass X. or maybe its was Darkline then Bugchain. I forgot. Anyone know how to get BugChain *?

Yes, go to Undernet, I believe its either 5 or 6, & keep running around until you find a pissed off looking purple navi that's standing still, talk to him, & he has the Mega Chip "Bug Chain" for sell, make sure you have at least 20-30k because its expensive, Bass should be located above him, or at least relatively close to him, just incase you wanted to know.
