You Don't Have To Push Anything To Get Luigi The Hammer Because In One Part Of The Game You Will Get It You Just Have To Get Trough The Game So GOOD LUCK!!!!! When you get the hammer, just change to the hammer action icon by pressing the R button, and press B when Mario is directly in front of Luigi.

once you find the box to the hammers, go right. Collect 9 of the special attack pieces, then a door will open. Go left of the door, and collect the last piece. than a battle with turtle shaped enemies will appear. after the battle, go left and hit the switch.
