if u got GTA San Andreas for PC u can download files called Modifications simply "mods" once u installed a mod, you can do everything that actually supposed to be impossible in game.

-U can become everything you want, can spawn any car you want, can download special cars witch doesnt exist in the actual game (like the Batmobile) and much more!

note: by downloading mods you PC could be damadged.

You don't. You need mods and to my knowledge mods aren't really made for the console version due to the need for using that systems coding which is illegal without a license from the company (I could be wrong about the illegal part, correct me if I am). -Azumith Smith
